What happens on an implementation call?

An implementation call with Apex Resolution is a free video call of about 30 minutes about an AI build you already decided on. You describe what you want built, who the build serves and when the build is due. Before the call ends, Apex Resolution says whether the build is a fit and how the scope would be written.

Consultants bring what the client bought. Founders bring the idea and the one question the first version has to answer. Small business owners bring the tools already in use, such as the CRM, calendar and phone system. Rough notes are fine. After the call, we scope your project first, then you get a fixed price in writing before any build starts. In-person meetings happen in the Kansas City metro when the work calls for it. Carlos Boyd founded Apex Resolution in 2024.

    Common questions

What does the implementation call cost?

You pay nothing for the call, and you are not obligated to buy. The implementation call is a free video call with Carlos Boyd about an AI build you already decided on.

Builds are priced separately. We scope your project first, then you get a fixed price in writing before any build starts. Work outside that scope needs a written change order you approve first. Support after launch is 30 days of fixes to what we built, included. Apex Resolution is based in the Kansas City metro.

How long does the call take?

You need about 30 minutes. The call is a short working session on purpose: the goal is a clear answer about your build, not a sales presentation.

You describe what you want built, who the build serves and when the build is due. Carlos Boyd tells you whether Apex Resolution can build the work and how the scope would be written. If a price needs more detail, you hear what is missing and how to send it. Calls run by video, or in person in Kansas City.

    Where does the call happen?

You join by video. The default is a video call, and the meeting link is in the calendar confirmation you get when you book a time on this page.

In-person meetings happen in Kansas City and the metro when the build needs a walkthrough of a phone system or front desk. Apex Resolution is based at 117 South Lexington St, Ste 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701. Carlos Boyd founded the firm in 2024. Remote clients across the United States get the same written scope, fixed price and 30 days of fixes to what we built.

What should I bring to the call?

You bring the plan: what you decided to build, who the build is for and when the build is due. The plan is the only thing Carlos Boyd needs, and rough notes are fine.

Consultants bring what the client bought and the client's due date. Founders bring the idea and the one question the first version has to answer. Owners bring the tools already in use, such as the CRM, calendar and phone system. No logins are needed. Apex Resolution writes the scope after the call, for clients in Kansas City and across the United States.
