Kansas City AI implementation. White-label builds for consultants, coaches and agencies.Your client said yes. We build what you sold.

The CRM, the booking flow, the follow-up and the AI agent behind your offer, built in the tools your client already pays for, with your name on the work. Before we build, you get a fixed price in writing. Before it goes live, we test it. After launch, we fix what we built for 30 days.

Built by Carlos Boyd: more than 20 years in enterprise IT, first at Sprint, then at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. IAAIC Certified AI Consultant. U.S. Navy veteran.

Apex Resolution builds behind AI consultants today.

    How white-label works

    • Your client sees your name on the work.
    • You own the client relationship.
    • We don't contact or pitch your client.
    • You approve the written scope and price before we start.
    • Changes go through a written change order you approve.
    • We test every piece before launch.
    • You get 30 days of fixes to what we built.
    • After final payment, you and your client own the accounts, automations, workflows and documentation.
    • We take on two white-label builds at a time, so each build gets full attention.

The sale was the easy part.

You closed it on a call. Now the client has a start date, and the build sits on your list next to the next sales call. Somebody has to connect the form to the CRM, write the agent's first reply, test every handoff and answer the message when something stops working after launch.

That somebody can be us. You keep the client, the relationship and the price you set. We do the build.

    What we build

What does Apex Resolution build for AI consultants?

Apex Resolution is a Kansas City AI implementation firm that builds the work AI consultants, coaches and agencies sell. A consultant brings the signed deal. Apex Resolution scopes the build, sets a fixed price in writing, then builds and tests the CRM, booking, follow-up and AI agent workflows behind the offer.

The build runs in the tools your client already pays for, with your name on the work. Your client works with you, and you see each piece before your client does. We stay out of your client conversations unless you bring us in, and we don't pitch your clients. Carlos Boyd founded Apex Resolution in 2024 after more than 20 years in enterprise IT, first at Sprint, then at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Every build includes 30 days of fixes to what we built. You approve the written scope and price before we start.

    Not a consultant?

Founders with an idea to prove.

A full-build quote can feel like a bet. We scope the one question that matters most and build the smallest version that answers it, at a fixed price in writing.

    Owners who already chose AI.

You know what you want running: follow-up on schedule, a booking form that asks the right questions, an agent that takes the first round of calls and texts. We set it up in the tools you already use. Your people keep the pricing, the exceptions and the judgment calls.

    How it works

Scope it. Ship it. Support it.

    How does a build work?

A build at Apex Resolution is the change-control routine from enterprise IT, sized for one client project.

    Scope it: the written change.

Before anything gets built, the change goes on paper: what gets built, what does not, what we need from you or your client and when each piece is due. We scope your project first, then you get a fixed price in writing before any build starts.

If you ask for work outside that scope, we send a written change order with the added cost and timeline, and we don't start it until you approve.

    Ship it: the tested release.

We build in the tools your client already uses: CRM and follow-up workflows, booking and intake, AI agents and the connections between them. Each piece is tested before it goes live, and you see it before your client does.

    Support it: after launch.

Support after launch: 30 days of fixes to what we built, included. Ongoing support is available as an add-on. When the build is complete and final payment clears, your client owns the accounts, automations, workflows and documentation.

    Why Apex

Why do consultants hand us the build?

    Enterprise IT habits.

Carlos spent more than 20 years where a change had to be written down, tested and supported, first at Sprint, then at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.

    Written terms.

Scope, price, ownership and support are on paper before work starts. Changes get their own written order.

    What you get in writing

What do you get in writing before the build?

You get a written scope and a fixed price before any build starts. A scope is the document that lists what gets built, what does not, how each piece is tested before launch and who owns the work after handover.

If you or your client ask for more, you get a written change order with the added cost and timeline, and the change does not start until you approve. Support after launch is 30 days of fixes to what we built. Carlos Boyd brings the routine from more than 20 years in enterprise IT at Sprint and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, where a change was written down before anyone built it. Before you book

    Questions consultants ask

Who does my client see on the work?

You. White-label delivery means your name is on the work and your client works with you. We stay out of your client conversations unless you bring us in, and we don't pitch your clients.

You approve the written scope and price from Apex Resolution before we start, and Carlos Boyd sends any change as a written change order you approve. A consultant in Kansas City or anywhere in the United States still gets a written scope, a fixed price and 30 days of fixes to what we built.

How much does a build cost?

You get a fixed price in writing before any build starts. The price is a number Carlos Boyd sets after we scope your project, not a package rate, so you can set your own price to your client on top.

If you or your client ask for work outside the scope, you get a written change order with the added cost and timeline. We don't start the change until you approve. Support after launch, 30 days of fixes to what we built, is in the price. The implementation call with Apex Resolution is free, by video or in Kansas City.

    What happens after launch?

You get 30 days of fixes to what we built, included. Support after launch means a workflow, agent reply or handoff we built that stops working in the window gets fixed at no added cost. Ongoing support from Apex Resolution is an add-on.

When the build is complete and final payment clears, your client owns the accounts, automations, workflows and documentation, plus a license to any of our reusable templates built into the system. Carlos Boyd tests every piece before go-live, the routine from his years at Sprint and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.

What tools do you build in?

You keep the tools your client already pays for. The short answer is the CRM, calendar, phone system and forms already in place. Common builds are follow-up workflows, booking and intake flows, AI agents for the first round of calls and texts, and the connections between tools.

If a missing piece blocks the build, the written scope from Apex Resolution names the gap before any price is set. Texting builds in the United States need carrier text registration, so Carlos Boyd puts the registration wait into the schedule instead of finding the delay after we built the rest.

What if I have not closed the deal yet?

You can book the call while the deal is still open. The implementation call is a free video call of about 30 minutes, and the best time for it is before you quote a launch date.

Bring what you plan to sell, who the client is and when the build is due. Rough notes are fine. Carlos Boyd tells you whether Apex Resolution can build the work, how the scope would read and what we need from you to start. Meetings run by video, or in person in Kansas City when the work calls for it.
